Who we are
Luupa (Pty) Ltd ("Luupa") is the responsible party under POPIA. We operate South Africa's rent rewards platform and process your personal information in accordance with the Act.
Why we process your information
We collect and use your personal information to provide the Luupa platform — including rent verification, Luupa Points, rewards redemption, credit-building features, and partner offers. We also use it to comply with legal obligations and to improve our services.

Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction — request that inaccurate or outdated information be corrected;
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements);
- Objection — object to processing for direct marketing;
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint — with the Information Regulator at inforeg@justice.gov.za or www.inforegulator.org.za.
